Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs claimed by him in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a representation before the District Magistrate, Nalanda (respondent no. 3) and he would be satisfied if this Court would grant a direction to the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.9745 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 Magistrate, Nalanda (respondent no. 3) to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

3. The aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the respondents.

4. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Nalanda (respondent no. 3) within one week from the date of passing of this order and if such representation is filed before the District Magistrate, Nalanda then the District Magistrate, Nalanda is directed to dispose of the said representation within a further period of four weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application is disposed of. All pending I.A. will also deemed to have been disposed of.
