JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for a direction upon the respondents particularly respondent no. 6 to pay salary to the petitioner which has been illegally stopped by him from the month of October, 2013 and also to pay the penal as well as statutory interest thereon. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Aurangabad, for redressal of his grievance.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Aurangabad, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
