19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The petitioner, who was mother-in-law of deceased, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail in Bochahan P.S. Case No. 273 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the material on record, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Dismissed.
It goes without saying that if the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today surrenders before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19608 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order preferably on the same date in accordance with law.
