In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of and in case the petitioner files an appeal within a period of four weeks from today before the learned Collector,
Patna High Court CWJC No.12782 of 2017 (2) dt.23-04-2018 2/2 Rohtas at Sasaram, the learned Collector shall dispose of the same by a speaking and reasoned order considering the merits of the case within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
