The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Parihar P.S.Case No.241 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian penal Code. According to the prosecution case, the petitioners were identified by the informant while committing highway robbery on the point of pistol.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U
