1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bisfi (Patauna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was called by the petitioner and thereafter the brother of the deceased received call that dead body of the deceased was at the Phathak but the brother of the deceased did not go to see the deceased. On the next morning, the petitioner went and informed the family of the deceased that the dead body of the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent, he has informed the family members of the deceased about the dead body, no material is there to connect the petitioner with the killing of the deceased and he is in custody since 22.03.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, Madhubani /concerned Court below in connection with Bisfi (Patauna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2023.
