Patna High Court CWJC No.12919 of 2017 dt.21-11-2017 of the Special Bench decision of this Court in the case of The Organizer, Dehri C.D. & D.M. Union Limited vs. State of Bihar reported in 2014 (1) PLJR 695. In this regard, he has placed reliance on a judgment of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.7275 of 2016 and analogous cases decided on 23.12.2016. In view of the issue being settled by a Special Bench of this Court, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
