Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 141, 142, 143, 323, 504, 307, 353, 379, 332, 333 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of Damage to Public Property Act.

The prosecution allegation, in short, is that the accused persons surrounded the police vehicle and tried to snatch rifle and shouting slogan against the police party. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36162 of 2020(2) dt.17-04-2021 2/2 the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. Altogether 21 persons are named in the F.I.R. along with 20 unknown persons.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R./complaint case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
