2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajauli P. S. Case No. 423/2024 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 150 liters county made liquor was recovered from the seized motorcycle of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Court, Excise-2, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P. S. Case No. 423 of 2024.
