The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent, bears no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the aforesaid case as the petitioner is husband of the deceased.
In view of the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his payer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35305 of 2019(3) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 from the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
