The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No.14 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is a girl and the allegation against her is of kidnapping a 10 years old girl, the statement under section 164 of the Cr.P.C., where the victim has stated about the petitioner having been involved in catching her and taking her to Gopalpur and thus abducted her, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
