Although it is the grievance of the petitioner that she has been duped on signing of withdrawal of candidature but Mr. Bhola Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after some argument seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition to enable the petitioner to take recourse to the other remedy available to her.
