Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No.42 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is of dowry death . Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against her and she is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon her. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is allegation of demand of dowry and the dead body was disposed of without informing the

Having heard both sides and also considering the fact that she is a lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No.42 of 2019 , subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
