2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Tajpur (Halai) P.S. Case No. 319/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is a lady and is the registered owner of the truck in question which was seized in connection with liquor smuggling but the same was stolen from the police station by some unknown criminals. The truck has been recovered. Nothing has been found against the petitioner which is apparent from the impugned order.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. The petitioner being the owner and is a lady,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48463 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 deserves anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur (Halai) P.S. Case No. 319/2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
