Case No. 03 of 2014 registered under Sections498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in which, petitioners apprehend their arrest and accordingly, both the above-said petitions are being disposed

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as also learned counsel appearing for the informant.
Admittedly, the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 8153 of 2015 is husband of the informant and so far as the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 7019 of 2015 is concerned; it is alleged that husband of the informant established illicit relationship with her. Admittedly, the marriage was solemnized in the year, 2005 whereas; present case was lodged in the year, 2014 and it appears from contents of the first information report that the present case was lodged by the informant due to illicit relationship of her husband with the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 7019 of 2015.
Taking into consideration the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, both the abovesaid petitions are allowed and accordingly, the petitioners namedabove, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with SriKrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Shri Ashutosh Khetan, Judicial
