JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 396 of 2019 arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a), 38(I) of of the Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016 and 27(B) (2)/28 read with Rule 36 of Drugs and Cosmetic Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in sale of prohibited drugs. The petitioner is in custody since 19.3.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41523 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 25,000/-(Twenty five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Special Case No. 396 of 2019 arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019.
