JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 08-08-2017 After retirement of the appellant in the year 1994, when the writ petition was filed after two decades in the year 2015 claiming Senior Selection Grade Pay Scale w.e.f. 1994 and its consequential benefits, the learned writ court dismissed the writ petition on the ground of inordinate delay and in doing so the writ court has committed no error warranting consideration. The appeal stands dismissed.
