The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections of the Indian Penal Code It is alleged that the accused persons entered into the courtyard of the informant dragged, assaulted and tried to outrage her modesty. They also threw her daughter-in-law and attempted to cut son of the informant by spade. During scuffle the accused persons abused the informant and her family members by calling caste name and put her house on fire.

No.13919 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that at earlier point of time for the same occurrence petitioner no.2 filed Jadia P.S. Case No.142 of 2014 against informant and other family members and the injury report suggest no substantial injury being caused either to the informant or her family members.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No.143 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
