JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board.
The grievance of the petitioner is non-payment of arrears of salary. The reason for non-payment appears to be nonapproval of the services of the petitioner by the Sanskrit Shiksha Board.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the respondent No. 4, vide Annexure-3 and as such he submits that direction may be issued
Patna High Court CWJC No.12956 of 2017(2) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 to the respondent No. 4 to take a final decision on the representation filed by the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No. 4 to take a final decision on the representation filed by the petitioner, as contained in Annexure3 at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
