ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 120 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 366 (A) and 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya.
Considering that the Petitioners are one of the kidnappers of the victim, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioners are directed to immediately surrender before the Court below, failing which the Court below shall take
