JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 08-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.581/2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 387, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Vide order dated 08.03.2021, a report was called regarding the stage of the trial. The same has been received and kept at Flag 'P'.

As per the report submitted by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Danapur (Patna), witnesses have already been examined in this case and the case is running at argument stage. If both the parties will co-operate then the trial of the case will likely to be concluded within three months. Considering the same, learned trial court is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1505 of 2021(3) dt.08-04-2021 2/2 conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months.

Parties are directed to fully co-operate in the trial. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
