JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 24.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24920 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of repeated firing on the husband of the informant causing his death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there are two possible views as per the materials collected during the investigation and one view is in favour of the petitioner. Further submission is that he has been in judicial custody since 28.10.2017 Learned counsel for the State as well as informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that except I.O., all other witnesses have been examined and for the examination of the I.O., date has been fixed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37477 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
