2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 56 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, on 27.01.2023 at about 10:00 P.M., the informant was going to her house village Motichak after shutting down her shop having Rs. 50,000/- and when she reached near the house of Bipin Sah and Birendra Kumar, both the accused persons mal-treated with her.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39443 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 that the entire allegations are false. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and it is admitted fact that there was some differences between the parties for transaction of money, which is apparent from bare perusal of the FIR.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- Ist, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 56 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
