Looking at the seriousness of the allegation that the petitioner has taken law in his own hands, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner in connection with Barh P. S. Case No. 44 of 2013, pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna, is hereby rejected.

Let him surrender and pray for regular bail.

However, rejection will not come in the way of the petitioner of prayer of regular bail. It is his case that he has already deposited the money. If it is so, the same will be considered.
