Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Bahera P.S.Case No. 171 of 2020.
As per allegation, the petitioner sprinkled kerosene oil on the informant and Kanchan Kumari ignited the fire causing burn injuries to her.
The learned counsel for the petitioner, by drawing my

No.48107 of 2021(2) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 attention towards the impugned order, has submitted that the independent witnesses in paragraph nos. 63, 64, 65 have stated that the informant was aggrieved since her husband had illicit relationship with the co-accused Kanchan Devi and it was the reason that she set herself on fire.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S.Case No. 171 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
