The writ application is disposed off with obligation created upon the petitioner to satisfy the authorities concerned about the work having been performed at his place of posting and his capacity of posting, before any order for payment of salary could be given. There are adequate materials loaded against the petitioner at this juncture, which prevent this Court for passing any order in favour of the petitioner.
