The petitioner seeks bail in Chanpatiya (Sirsiya) OP P.S. Case No. 677 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

05 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from possession of petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody coupled with the quantity of recovery, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
