The petitioner is accused in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No. 15 of 2013 registered under Section 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of informant, Bishnudeo Yadav, by her husband and in-laws by administering poison.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in this case with general and omnibus allegation with ulterior motive.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above
