The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Paharpur P.S. Case no. 101/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation against six persons including the petitioner that they assaulted the informant. There is a counter version. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner.
