JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,354 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with Sambal causing injury on the head of the informant whereas accused Binod Rai gave lathi blow causing injury on the hand of Sharda Devi.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury of the informant has been found to be simple and there is counter version of the occurrence also. It is further submitted that the petitioner side including the petitioner also received injury.

No.11103 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 2 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
