JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2017 This application seeking quashing of the order of suspension has become infructuous, in view of subsequent notification issued by the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, dated 21.06.2017, under the signature of its Registrar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that consequences of the withdrawal of the said notification should follow.

The petitioner shall be entitled for consequential benefits arising out of withdrawal of suspension.

This application stands disposed of with the observation as above.
