JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i). For issuance of appropriate writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/ directions in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent authorities for taking necessary action to cancel the Aam Sabha dated 19.08.2019 for the selection of Anganwari Sevika in Centre No. 461, Ward No.15 Kishunpur Mohini Panchayat, Block- Kudhani

Patna High Court CWJC No.14979 of 2021(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/3 in which female Supervisor of Anganwadi is wrongly disqualified the candidature of the petition for the post of Anganbari Sevika and objection made by the petitioner in terms of the provisions of the समेककतबालकवकाससेवाये (ICDS) कनदेशालय, कबहारअनतरतआंरनबाडी सेकवका/ सहाकयका के चयन हेतु मारदकशरका अपकमvide its Sanchika No. ICDS/30010/042019/7612 dated 06.11.2019 issued by the Director ICDS.

(ii) For direction to the respondent authority to select the petitioner on post of Sevika in Centre No. 416, Ward No.15 in Kishunpur Mohini Panchayat on merit list as per law and rule.

(iii). For the respondent authorities to decide the objection raised and filed within time by the petitioner/villages and further be pleased to direct taking of the appropriate action against the erring officers responsible for deliberately action contrary to the Acts and guidelines.

(iv). For further kind indulgence of this Hon'ble Court to look in to the matter and the concerned respondents may be directed to prudence all connected records for perusal for passing an appropriate order."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other
