Having regard to the fact that the petitioner had retired only on 31.01.2015 while holding the post of Assistant Teacher in Taramani Bhagwan Sao High School, Koilwar, Bhojpur, Arrah and that his pension papers were forwarded by the Headmaster of the aforesaid school on 05.02.2015, this Court, instead of keeping the writ application pending, would deem it expedient in the interest of justice to direct the District Education Officer, Bhojpur, Arrah to ensure that the pension papers of the petitioner should be sent immediately to the office of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3486 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2015 2/2 Accountant General for its being authorized so that the petitioner can get his admissible amount of pension and Gratuity within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. As with regard to payment of amount of Provident Fund, this Court would direct the District Provident Fund Officer, Bhojpur, Arrah to ensure that whatever amount of Provident Fund is admissible and payable to the petitioner, must be paid to him within the same period of four months along with statutory interest.

4. Finally, as with regard to claim of the petitioner for payment of amount of Group Insurance, this Court would direct the District Education Officer, Bhojpur, Arrah and/or District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhojpur, Arrah to ensure that the amount of Group Insurance, if not already paid to the petitioner, must be paid to him within the same period of four months.

5. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
