The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 332, 353, 290, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 13.03.2016 at 8.20 A.M. the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tehta O.P. received information that National Highway-83, have been blocked by the mob of 20-30 persons being led by the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in fact, a tractor dashed one persons for which Siya Sharan Prasad lodged a case being Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016 and the police in order to conceal its inaction in the matter lodged the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18155 of 2016 (2) dt.27-04-2016 present case. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
