JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Darbhanga Sadar (Sonki OP) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 379, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got twelve criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 25.03.2023.

Considering the fact that petitioner is not accused in any recent crime of similar nature. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after completing 6 months in judicial custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/-
