Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rahika P. S. case no. 56/2014 registered under sections 498A, 379, 323, 341 of the IPC.
Admittedly, marriage of the informant was solemnized with elder brother of the petitioner and after death of elder brother of the petitioner, petitioner offered a proposal to marry to the informant and established physical relationship and subsequently, he solemnized his marriage with the informant.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that informant has brought this false case with an intent to put pressure upon the petitioner and his other family members so that they could part

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Rahika P. S. case no. 56/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
