The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in a case registered under Section 47A of the Excise Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, as the place of search and seizure is said to be the Nasta Shop of the petitioner, whereas the petitioner does not own any shop and is a daily wage labourer. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel also submits that approximately less than one litre of foreign liquor and 27 litres country made liquor have been recovered. No.36970 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 the case, it is directed that the petitioner, Jeetandra Paswan, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai (Samastipur) in connection with Excise Case No.10 of 2014, subject to the other conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
