The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was Panchayat Secretary of Mohanpur Goghatta, Rampur, Kishandashpur and Dhanaura Panchayats in the year 2011.
It is submitted that the petitioner was posted in the aforesaid Panchayat in the year 2011 and no folder was handed over to him by his predecessors with regard to appointment of the Panchayat Teachers. Even after his joining in the aforesaid Panchayats in the year 2011, no Panchayat Teacher was appointed

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
