2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent Authorities to consider the case of the petitioner as regular teacher in light of the order passed in Civil Appeal No. 4776-4777 of 2017 dated 03.04.2017 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. Considering the prayers made on behalf of the petitioner, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Director Primary Education,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10090 of 2022(6) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3) along with the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no.3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or through his counsel.

4. Needless to state that the Director Primary Education, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3) shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
