JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2025 Heard Mr.Arun Kumar Tiwari along with Mr. Deepak Sinha, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Madanjeet Kumar, learned GP 20 for the State and Mr. Shankar Prasad Roy, learned counsel for respondent no.8.

2. Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.635 of 2021(4) dt.03-07-2025 2/3 "That this is an application for issuance of writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ(s), order(s), or direction(s) commanding the respondents to make payment of proportionate grant-in-aid amount of Rs.4,03,700 out of the Grant-in-aid sanctioned and paid to the respondent no.8 for the year 2006-08 Rs.81,3000 for the year 2007-08 Rs.12,4000, for the sessions 201011, Rs.1,40,000, and for the session 2013-14 Rs.1,70,000/- Other releifs as the petitioner found deserving."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that for release of grant for the period 2006-08, 200708, 2010-11 and 2013-14, the petitioner has already made application before the Principal of the college, namely, Principal Arti Jagdish Mahila Mahavidyalaya Shahpur Patori, Samastipur on 29.01.2020. However, he seeks to file a fresh detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar for the relief, as prayed for in the writ petition.

Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, who may call for the required service particulars relating to the petitioner from the principal of the institution as named above, as well as, from the office of his subordinate, who is responsible for such disbursal of grant to the private institution and thereafter dispose
