2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 385, 354(A), 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by iron rod on the head, back and neck of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail
