2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 298(2), 190, 223(a), 224, 109(1), 121(1), 121(2), 132, 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 16.10.2024, informant along with other police personnel went to village Gulani Kushasha for investigation regarding Shambhuganj P. S. Case No. 293 of 2024. During investigation, F.I.R. named and 20-25 unknown persons came armed with lathi, danda and started abusing police personnel and tried to snatch arms of police personnel and also hindered them in discharging their official duty.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36435 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is seen in the CCTV footage at the place of occurrence.

6. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
