The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rahui (Bhagan Bigha) P.S. Case No. 371 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant made allegation that the petitioners assaulted the informant and others on account of dispute with regard to drainage.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from the side of the petitioners Mahesh Yadav lodged Rahui (Bhagan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8675 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 Bigha) P.S. Case No. 372 of 2014, under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is counter version. There was a free fight between the two sides for flow of drainage and many persons from both sides got simple injuries. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Rahui (Bhagan Bigha) P.S. Case No. 371 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
