JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN) Date : 05-03-2018 This appeal has been preferred assailing the order dated 10.03.2016 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in C.W.J.C. No.6122 of 2014 holding that the Fitment Appellate Committee's report, while notifying the 5th Pay Revision Committee, is dead recommendation.

However, in view of the observation made in the order dated 04.04.2017 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the State has

Patna High Court LPA No.724 of 2016 dt.05-03-2018 2/2 now come with a fresh notification granting such benefit to the writ petitioner/appellant vide resolution dated 16.02.1998 as contained in Annexure 1 series.

Learned counsel for the appellant admits that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed now.

However, in our view, the admissible consequential benefit should also be granted to the appellant within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and direction, this appeal stands disposed of.
