In the present case, petitioner is challenging the action of the Regional Transport Authority, Gaya.
Claim has been made that the State Government is required to formulate the rule under Sections 68(3)©(a) of the Motor Vehicle Act and before formulation of the route licence could not be granted.
Let this objection be taken before the Regional
Patna High Court CWJC No.8892 of 2017 (2) dt.27-07-2017 Transport Authority, Gaya who will consider and adjudicate the dispute in accordance with law. If the petitioner would feel aggrieved, he will be at liberty to challenge the same before the Tribunal.
With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
