JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 Earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 29.4.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 11402 of 2019 with direction to the petitioner to surrender on 14.5.2019 and opposite party No.2 was also directed to remain present in court on that day and on their appearance learned court below was directed to take steps for mediation between the parties.

However, this modification application has been filed stating that petitioner was out of station in connection with marriage and subsequently fell ill, as such he could not appear in court.

In the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
