Admittedly, the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the impugned order dated 01.07.2019/02.07.2019 (Annexure-4) passed by the respondent no. 3 under Section 45A of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948. His only prayer is that a direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the appeal.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off
