JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2018 Following are the reliefs sought for in the present writ application:- (i) For setting aside the illegally elected and constituted Upgraded Middle School, Narauli Education Committee, Nawada, on 21.07.2017, without following the provision, rules, regulations and laws applicable for instant election in connivance with B.R.P. Arbind Kumar, School Co-ordinator, Ashok Kumar Pandey and Headmaster of the School, Manoj Kumar, with the help of forged and fabricated documents.
(ii) For staying the functioning of illegally elected and constituted committee till disposal of this writ application.

Since the petitioner has alternative remedy under the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2015, this application is dismissed as not maintainable on that ground alone.
The petitioner shall have the liberty to approach the State Appellate Tribunal constituted under the said Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2015, for redressal of her grievance.
