JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,283,332,333,307,353,427,152 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant being police officer received information on 18.12.2015 at 6.40 P.M. about the protest against the crushing of Yogendra Yadav by a trucker, the police reached at the spot but the mob prevented the police from sending the dead body for autopsy. Under the leadership of Mithilesh Yadav the mob blocked the road and ultimately set ablaze the truck in question. Thirteen persons were caught on the

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is against the mob. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Danapur, in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No.204 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
