Patna High Court MJC No.1024 of 2018 dt.20-04-2023 2/3 order dated 29.08.2017 passed in CWJC No. 12467 of 2017, Encroachment Case No. 7 of 2017-2018 has been instituted.

He further submits that according to the report of the Revenue Karmchari, the encroachment as alleged by the petitioner has already been removed.

Mr. Vijay Kumar Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner, however, contends that no order passed in the Encroachment Case No. 7 of 2017-2018 has been brought on record.

The purpose of passing the direction was to remove the encroachment after taking necessary legal steps.

Since the Encroachment Case was initiated and the encroachment has been removed, we are of the view that there has been total compliance of the order passed by this Court.

Patna High Court MJC No.1024 of 2018 dt.20-04-2023 3/3 We, thus, are of the considered view that there no purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.

As such, the petition is consigned and disposed of accordingly.
